Responsibilities

Manage performance of collections relevant team within set performance triggers

Leadership, motivation and evaluation team of operators

Organization and management of desk collection team, operational capacity planning (the process shifts, attendance)

Regurarly meetings with team and management
-
Reading and creating of reports for the team, using the operation numbers for effective team management
-
Taking escalation or difficult collection calls with customers
-
Hiring new operators
-
Coaching of both new and existing operators
-
Listening and evaluations of calls recording, feedback to operators with aim to improve collection performance

Ensure effective functioning of collections process

Working with the system
-
Process improvements implementation
