• Manage performance of  collections relevant  team within set performance triggers

• Leadership, motivation and evaluation team of operators

• Organization and management of desk collection team, operational capacity planning (the process shifts, attendance)

• Regurarly meetings with team and management

• Reading and creating of reports for the team, using the operation numbers for effective team management

• Taking escalation or difficult collection calls with customers

• Hiring new operators

• Coaching of both new and existing operators

• Listening and evaluations of calls recording, feedback to operators with aim to improve collection performance

• Ensure effective functioning of collections process
